Fire Truck
Dear Parents and Caregivers
The Kindy room has been lucky enough to
secure a visit from a South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS) fire
appliance on Thursday, 15 September 2016 at 10:30am. This will be an exciting
time for the children (and staff) and will fit in nicely with the our focus on
transport!
The fire truck will be parked in the front carpark and the children will watch from behind the gate (with hopefully the option of small groups approaching the firetruck to have a closer look, accompanied by a staff member).
At the moment we are limiting the fire truck visit to the Kindy room as the MFS have conditions that children are over the age of four (though all of our Kindy children here on the day will be included as this has been negotiated beforehand) and of course have a maximum number of children preferred for presentations.
We are really looking forward to their visit!
